UN APC Strider Stomper Final

Final version of the "Strider Stomper" Recovered UN APC used by the rebels to fight the Combine.

The only tweaks left to do are fix a small mirrored texture on the back, make sure the hexed version works in Garry's Mod and secure permission from the model's author.
